A Look Back On 2024
Here at Navigator Private Capital, we are incredibly grateful for the success we’ve had in 2024, and, honestly, since our inception eight years ago.
⭐ Our annual loan volume continues to rise–reaching an all-time high in 2024
⭐ The number of loans we’ve made has grown as well – up 6% YOY
But the numbers don’t tell the whole story. Not to get too warm and fuzzy but we’ve really enjoyed getting to know so many of you on a personal level this year. We are proud of YOUR success and honored to have had a hand in it.

What’s Ahead In 2025
We like the look of 2025 so far. Despite mixed signals from the Fed, we expect mortgage rates to decline in the new year, hopefully unlocking more housing inventory. With the new administration's business slant, we are also optimistic that new tax and legislative changes that will benefit small businesses (including real estate investors) are on the horizon.
That said, we will continue to offer value to investors looking for flexible funding nationwide.
